- There is a shortcut to open the new tab in a new window.
- There is a shortcut to pop the current tab (or multiple highlighted tabs) out to a new window.
- There is a shortcut to open a blank new tab to the immediate right of the current tab (i.e. instead of all the way to the right).
Tip: Even without this extension, it is possible to middle click the refresh button to duplicate the current tab.

very nice add-on ! I take the opportunity to ask a (related) question: Otherwise, am I the only one who feels like tab duplication has changed recently? Before, it inserted it just to the right of the current position, and it was great, now it puts it all the way to the right, and... it's awful.

i think the accessibility and customization features are cool
This may have stopped working as of Chrome 144.0.7559.59. January 20th, 2026 and it doesn't seem to work anymore. Edit: (replying to developer) I'm still using Alt+Shift+D. Extension version 1.6.0. I'll try to look into this, maybe disable other extensions or try in incognito. Update: it works fine again. I just uninstalled it and added it again from the Play Store. Updated rating to 5.
