Youtube Custom Speed lets you play any Youtube video at any speed you like, from 0.0125x to 16x!
Use the options menu to set your preferred playback rate values. Then, change the speed using buttons at the bottom of the video. It also cooperates with the default Youtube keyboard shortcuts - Shift + , and Shift + .

WHERE ARE MY HOTKEYS??? Why are the developers so...🤦♂️
Great extension, I wish I had discovered sooner! However I have to report that it's buggy. The keyboard shortcuts often don't work. The Youtube OSD shows it cycles through the regular speeds, and nothing happens. I have to manually go and select it on the bar to make it work. A minor nuisance, but being used to hitting the shortcut keys for years now, I wish this wouldn't happen. Edit: Figured out this issue happenned when I switch keyboard language, and you guys fixed it! It's perfect now.

Would be great there was an option to make drop-down menus pop up with a click rather than a mouseover which sometimes makes me unintentionally block the screen.
