Es gibt leider große Probleme mit iGraal. Ich habe gestern airbnb-Wertgutscheine über 300 und 200 Euro über deren Service gekauft. Der Gesamtbetrag von 500 Euro wurde von meiner Kreditkarte eingezogen, schön. Nur die Gutscheine werden leider nicht bereitgestellt, weder per E-Mail, noch per Website, gar nicht. Es befindet sich auch nichts im Spamverdachtsordner. Möglicherweise bin ich auf einen Scam hereingefallen? Der Support ist bis jetzt leider nicht auf das Problem eingegangen. Ich verschwende jetzt ewig Zeit, um meinem Geld hinterherzulaufen und muss vielleicht einen Anwalt beauftragen, um gegen iGraal vorzugehen!?
