This is an amazing tool! It changed the way and simplified the process of creating SOPs for my team. It also works extremely well as just a screen recording tool and the inbuilt video editing software is easy to use too.
Quiero dejar por escrito esta experiencia para que evaluen realmente el uso, ya que en un momento puede fallar y soporte no dice mas que "Lo siento". Todo estaba funcionando bien, la usaba para grabar las clases que le daba a mis estudiantes, y una clase de 2 horas, SUPER IMPORTANTE, simplemente no se grabó. Me comuniqué con atención al cliente y su respuesta fue "No sabemos por que la grabación no se sincronizó para grabar, no podemos ayudarte. Asegúrate de grabar varias veces antes de iniciar una grabación" WHAT!? Simplemente esa fue la respuesta, no puedo ni recomendar ni sentirme segura usando esta app de nuevo, mi trabajo es muy delicado.
