埋込型のPDFをChrome上で表示させるには「Chrome で PDF を開く」という設定を行う必要がありますが、この設定を行った場合、PDFのリンクをクリックしたときにChrome上でPDFが開かれてしまいます。この動作をダウンロードする動作に変更することができます。
