I really liked this (although the addict in me didn't). It's a simple idea that helps me overcome myself. But I now need to use social media for a new job so I had to disable it. I found another option that turns social media websites black and white which helps keep it boring so I don't get distracted and start scrolling my own personal feed. If it weren't for work I'd definitely still be using this extension.

But all you have to do is open up an incognito window and you're back in! It's a just a small hurdle in your procrastinating. Although the timer alone is pretty good at letting you know how much time you're wasting!
