You sit down at the computer, and you swear you'll be productive. Next thing you know, it's twelve hours later. You've checked your email, updated your Facebook status, blown through 200 pages of Reddit, read every article in your Twitter feed, looked up your favorite band on Wikipedia, vanity googled yourself, cyber-stalked your ex, browsed through all your high-school crushes' Instagram feeds, and lost a week's pay playing online poker.
What you haven't done is WORK.

This is one of my favourite apps! I would recommend getting it for anyone with procrastination problems.
10/10 IGN Allows you to get ur life back from the internet.
I suppose it does what it says, but I don't know why a lot of the messages need to be so condescending.
I would have rated it a 3-star (since it does what it says - blocks everything except what you allow). However, it blocks everything except what you allow - which means you need to add EVERYTHING to it so you can get work done. It's annoying. Especially annoying since it's counted time I was away from my computer against my allotment and then blocked everything I needed to get stuff done. THEN it blocked the Chrome Extensions page so I can't disable it to get actual work done.
Helped me tremendously in focusing on my homework! Even though I allowed myself 10 minutes of Youtube per weekday, I would still focus on the homework because in the back of my mind, 10 minutes doesn't feel like a break, so the 10 minutes is just for things such as briefly looking something up rather than procrastinating. Also, I like how it doesn't count the time when the blocked site is open in another tab. That way, I can put on my Youtube playlist and do my work without worrying about being blocked.
So good I keep getting frustrated with its effectiveness and deleting it...only to reinstall it again.
Wouldn't save my settings including the text entered for the nuclear option. Didn't re-set clock. Buggy.
It was great until it started blocking me from my email. Now I can only see an ad when I go to my email and there is no other way to get to my inbox. My email is not listed on the blocked sites list, and I don't go to it through a blocked site. I tried to deal with it by adding my email to the allowed url's list, quitting and reopening Chrome, and that didn't work either. I can't find anyone to contact about this, not that I could email anyone about it, so all I can do is leave this review. Seeing as I need to work in my email, it is the opposite of productive to have no access to it. Thanks a bunch.
The most frustrating study tool ever.. because it works so well! I can't get out of studying now...
This extension has actually fundamentally improved my life and the life of my family Love it
