You sit down at the computer, and you swear you'll be productive. Next thing you know, it's twelve hours later. You've checked your email, updated your Facebook status, blown through 200 pages of Reddit, read every article in your Twitter feed, looked up your favorite band on Wikipedia, vanity googled yourself, cyber-stalked your ex, browsed through all your high-school crushes' Instagram feeds, and lost a week's pay playing online poker.
What you haven't done is WORK.

This is a great app, the missing star though is because I can easily disable the extension from the extensions in the Chrome Settings.
Very useful app but not as reliable as the equivalent for Firefox. Every once in a while my lists of blocked and allowed sites just disappear and I have to add them all over again. I keep the lists in a separate document so I can add them again quickly when this happens but it's a little annoying. The Firefox version also let's you put different controls on for different times of the day or week, which would be extremely useful. Stayfocusd can get confused sometimes, blocking sites which I should be able to access! To be fair, this hasn't happened in a while, so perhaps these issues are now resolved. One other (very minor) gripe is that it lets you go on to a blocked site for a couple of seconds before blocking it, where as the alternatives for other browsers just block the site instantly (which is preferable). Still good though.
Awesome app, I really like how it counts sites that you get to from blocked pages as well! Super useful.
just completed the challenge and after the whole thing has goneinto my head I feel enlightened. Great job!!!
Helped me alot
Excellent App! Exactly what I needed, love the hilarious messages :)
Great - much needed
I have been using this app for about 6 months now and would have given it 5 stars until today. Both times that I have tried to use the nuclear option today instead of only blocking the listed sites it blocked any window that I tried to open in Chrome, including settings and the sites I needed to use. Please fix it!
Really good!
Maybe I'm completely stupid, but the app never showed up on my apps but said it was installed, so I wasted even more time trying to find it. It did the exact opposite of keeping me on track.
