You sit down at the computer, and you swear you'll be productive. Next thing you know, it's twelve hours later. You've checked your email, updated your Facebook status, blown through 200 pages of Reddit, read every article in your Twitter feed, looked up your favorite band on Wikipedia, vanity googled yourself, cyber-stalked your ex, browsed through all your high-school crushes' Instagram feeds, and lost a week's pay playing online poker.
What you haven't done is WORK.

It is amazing!! i have been looking for a software that would allow me to block certain websites so i would remain on my school work because i would constantly find my self going to those websites such as Youtube! but his has allowed me to set a time frame when the website is off limits, and then allow u to have access when your set time frame is over.
The best extension you can get. The one who wrote this has a great sense of humor :D God bless you.
I like it and it helps me be productive, but some features just don't make sense to me. I get WHY you think it's not a good idea for me to uncheck active days on the day, but I think it's pointless. If you really want to cheat, it's as simple as right clicking and disabling, which I have now done, because it's Saturday and I forgot to uncheck it. There are easier ways to cheat and all you're doing is annoying me. Same goes for the reset time. You're only making it annoying for your users to change settings, it's not helping, because it's a far less efficient way to cheat. Boo. -1. +4 for awesome core features, though.
A useful tool but has a couple stupid design flaws. One of the flaws is that if you have a blocked website x and a subdomain x/y on the allowed sites list when Nuclear Mode is turned on it blocks x/y too. Nuclear mode has an option all websites except those on allowed list but what I really need is to block only blocked websites and leave everything on allowed list available. For most time options you have to wait 24h until they take effect. I think this is just plain stupid. If I wanted to cheat I could just turn off the extension in the first place.
Very useful. Without this extension, I would spend my entire life on tumblr. The diverse range of settings — blacklist, whitelist, nuclear, time of day, days of the week, etc. — is also great.
great stuff
This is an amazing way to stop procrastinating and get work done! One drawback is that if you lose self-control, you might just go to the Settings and disable the extension, but you can rig a work-around for this relatively easily by blocking the (Tools-->Extensions) page itself and then setting off the Nuke feature. Read the FAQ for more info - a great little extension to improve your productivity. I love it! 5 stars and two thumbs up!
Great extension!
Was very good until i recently found the way to break the system by changing the date and time on your computer... Now i gotta find a new app :(
It's perfect because users aren't overwhelmed with feature options, it's clear and it's focused on its main task: Blocking sites for X period of time. Please, keep it simple. Less is more.
