it is very strict, unlike other extensions that always say "add a minute" "five more minutes" so this is very good for staying focused.

Glad to say I've uninstalled this extension after a few years. Started bugging out at random times and blocking pages that aren't even blacklisted. One of the buggiest extensions I've ever had the displeasure of using.
