Only detects about 50% of the phone numbers on a web page, so I have to copy and paste into the extension's window to place a call. Also sometimes it fails to call so I have to reinstall and reverify the app. Also, in order to run properly on my phone it needs the permission to draw over other apps, but when I go to the relevant setting the button to turn that permission on is grayed out! In short, I still haven't found a decent app to make calls from my PC :(
