Make the extension better, It doesn't work as it should!
So good
2 Dixie cups and a string might work better. System is constantly down, texting not available, and you cannot download your contacts to take elsewhere. You literally need to cut and paste each individual contact if you leave them. And tech support is useless, never available, and slower than molasses flowing uphill to fix anything...if they even bother. And worst of all, as long as they take your money, they just don't care! Stay FAR away from these scammers.
With this integration it takes me 4 clicks and 2 keystrokes to dial a number from my browser. How is this a click-to-dial?
the Integration works well! Looking forward to enhancements that will bring admin controls within the Vonage Apps and not just in the browser plug-in.
Used to be good but it now logs out several times a day, requiring log in each morning and throughout the day for every one of our agents. We're now looking to move on from Vonage to another provider because of this. Their support is rubbish and they don't seem to care that the extension is broken.
This extension was awesome but no longer works. Does anyone have any advice? I click it now and nothing happens.
It works fine, but it keeps logging out every 5-10 minutes its getting really annoying
Extension doesn't work. Click call and nothing happens. Log out, reinstall, try again, nothing happens. Huge waste of time.
Poorly thought out, tons of bugs, and lack of qualified support. Baseline configurations such as syncing contacts added in VIS to your account portal are missing and there is no way to download a csv of your contacts. In other words if you stop using this extension all your contacts that were added via the extension are gone. There are plenty other examples of elementary features missing.
