First of all, the extension does not provide any notifications that you have received a message. So you either have to keep the extension open all the time or get the mobile app and hope you do not get logged out all of sudden. The extension is slower than other texting slowing in loading and stays open on all tabs. You should be able to minimize or close the extension by pressing the TextUs icon on the side of the window. You can open the extension by pressing that icon but cannot close the extension. Sending bulk messages is rather convoluted. Campaigns are even less intuitive. The icons to personalize a message or attach a file are hidden under the 3 dot menu despite having enough room in the menu unless you expand the size of the extension to 1/3 width of the window.
...and the reason we removed the ability to edit contact information from the conversation thread in the side panel pop out is, why?!?!
Horrible texting platform. It stops working at least once a day. Would not recommend. Even after months of asking for better updates/changes, it has actually gotten worse.
Forced to change to this new update which is not user friendly at all, slow, arduous, etc. The print is smaller and it messes up the whole webpage when opening. Have to "x" out of it each time instead of pressing the message bubble like before. Developers need to reevaluate for sure, hope they see that every single review (except the 1st fake one) is 1 star!

The worst of the worst. Totally would use something else if I could. Always breaking down, make changes that don't work. Unacceptable TBH
The new extension is nowhere near as functional as the old. It never stays signed in, never pulls numbers correctly, and even the overall aesthetic is ugly. I don't know who this was designed for but it wasn't with the customer in mind.
Legacy version actually worked - I cant even send texts half the time because the integration is terrible
