I was having a problem with certain cites not having a private connection. I disabled all my extensions and it turned out that Invisible Hand was causing the problem. I really like this extension; however, I'm not on board with it diminishing my online security.
Just saved over $65.00 on some drapes for my living room window. I used to buy all my window treatments from JCPenney so I was shopping there and found what I was looking for on sale for $23.99 a panel. The HAND popped up and showed the identical item through Target or Amazon for only $7.21 a panel. Plus since I needed 4 of them I met the FREE shipping quota. THANK YOU Invisible Hand.
I used to love you guys, until the latest update. The new pop up is obtrusive and competes for real estate with other extensions. Please fix the update because I am seriously tempted to uninstall. It's really THAT bad.
It was a great little tool with pretty minimal yellow bar across the top of the page. It also did not cover the page itself. Sometimes deals were even useful. But after the recent update the popup is just obnoxious. It covers some of the page and just gets in the way. For example, I go to macy's site to pay the bill, or I go to microsoft.com to check for updates, or I go to any number of sites that might sell things for any number of reasons - none of these times do I need to see the deals. But it's nice to know they are there sometimes. I'm tempted to uninstall immediately. But decided to give the company a chance and write this review. Please fix! Make the Invisible Hand invisible again! Make the popup optional for example. Icon decorator is enough.
I'm totally up to date with Chrome, and this extension will not work. Tried all the troubleshooting ideas the site recommends, and still no-go. Like the idea and concept, but waste of time for me.
This is the best ever!!! thanks
Works alright, but I'm a developer and It's very annoying to see the javascript error message every time I have the javascript console while working on my websites: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'toLowerCase' of undefined at ih.js:223 Also, all prices are for US, not valid for other countries
I've used it for years, and it's a must-have extension for me. But lately, I can't get it to work. It doesn't do anything. Frustrating.
terrific !
Set it to UK Settings still finds what i was looking for on US Sites Which as I am not in the us Not a lot off good.
