After trimming, the recorded video keeps loading, happened with 3 videos till now. One video got totally corrupted, not able to retrieve it. wasted hours of time

Constantly asking for chrome permissions and generally crashes on me.
Não aparece mais o modal para iniciar a gravação. Estamos pagando sem conseguir usar.
Installed the extension but the dropdown menu to launch the recording and all settings doesn't appear. The only thing that comes up is my face in a circle with background options but no start button..! I really went through all their 'user education' material and know issues but nothing fixes it. I think this tool is very promising but the fact that it doesn't work out of the box on a Windows system, surface pro 4, with no custom installation whatsoever that could impede functionality, is a disappointment.
Suddenly they added something called the "Loom companion" that popped up on certain sites. I did not add this, they added it for me. So, goodbye Loom, it's been nice knowing you.
Hasta hace 2 días genial, pero ahora no me funciona con MAC PRO M1, ni la extensión ni la app. Podríais ayudarme?? La verdad que lo utilizo mucho porque es genial, pausar el video, seguir grabando, cortar partes, etc y luego un link y a seguir con otra cosa...pero imposible utilizar ahora
Loom is not reliable and unusable in 2022. Paid user here. So many bugs around extra features preventing recording, blur affect, and others.
They added an annoying on screen widget that PERMANENTLY stays in the lower left corner with no option to remove or hide it. It gets in the way of Google Sheets and other applications and the only way to hide it is to disable to chrome extension, then manually re-enable it if I want to use it. Stupid, invasive design decision.
