Loom is sooo easy to use. I have made about 5 short tutorial videos for the most frequent questions I get from clients. It has almost guaranteed a 100% satisfactory response from these clients. You are able to give them something they can replay until they understand. This totally eliminates those times when I and/or the client becomes frustrated with the problem. It makes me look good. The client is happy because the video seems personally directed at them. AWESOME!!!!!
