系统：iMac os10.14.3 浏览器：chrome crx插件 问题：初次安装无法打开eagle ，点击图标无反应，未使用代理，网页内拖拽图片无法保存，出现“尚未打开 Eagle 需要打开 Eagle 才能够保存图片，如果已经打开，还是无法顺利使用，点击这里查看解决办法。”点击跳转链接出现未找到页面，点击下方开启eagle，跳转到空白页面。 希望开发者看到可以解决一下。谢谢：）

非常好用 ！提个小建议：希望增加缩略图的选择功能.现在缩略图是自动选文件夹里的前三张.且没法手动更换，批量管理时有些老图会占前边，文件夹的辨识度就降低了，想换缩略图也不是没办法，重新建文件夹把想要的缩略图效果先拖进去，再拖后续的，就很麻烦，而且一旦做为缩略图的图被删掉，缩略图就变成空白了，又得重新建文件夹拖一次，以上，希望软件越来越棒！~
1.8.2.1版本并没有解决抢代理权限的问题。。。。。。？两者不能同时存在

今天新插件增加了代理权限需求出现了冲突，本人是一位设计师，有经常访问国外设计站需求，从而搭建了vpn国外收集资源，但今天出现了冲突两者只能存其一，期望这个问题得到解决
