担当者名と申請したPDFファイル名は、マイページからリンクされた各案件の詳細ページを手動で開いて取得し、社内共有のGoogleドライブ内のスプレッドシートに登録されるます。

この拡張機能を使ってる社員の誰かが、取得した情報は、全員で共有できるようになっています。
