Managing digital receipts and invoices should not be a headache. Yet inboxes are full of them, and too often they get lost or forgotten when it is time to prepare tax returns, claim deductions, or file expense reports.
Get My Receipts by cloudHQ is the simplest way to automatically collect, organize, and export receipts and invoices directly from Gmail™. With 99.2% accuracy, powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning, this app scans your inbox and generates a clean, well-structured spreadsheet.
How it works:
1. Open Gmail™ and click on Get My Receipts.
2. The app instantly finds receipts and invoices across your inbox.
3. A spreadsheet is created for you with two tabs: one for receipts and one for invoices. The spreadsheet is stored for you in your Google Drive account to edit and share as you see fit.
Inspect the latest comments and rating distribution.
Store average score: 4.6. The bars below are calculated from synced review text only, so they may be empty for extensions that have public ratings but no synced comments yet.

a activeness extension that help me exported all 5000 invoices
BRAVO!!! i love it very useful for my business
It’s great that the extension doesn’t make me go find the receipts in my inbox
Doesn't work. Installed it, gave the permissions, made an account, did all that. But in gmail, the Get My Receipts button is grayed out. I can click it and it says success, but I don't get an email with a spreadsheet and there is nothing happening in my cloudhq dashboard. I tried clicking on it in my main email, in just one label with a smaller selection of receipts, and in the context of a search. There is no helpful information in the cloudhq support pages.
Great idea but out of the 35 hotel receipts in my inbox, it found only one and only the price was correct. Everything else regarding that hotel stay was incorrect.
It's not FREE. They want to charge you $40 to export all of your receipts.
Support is non-existent. I requested help as it only exported 27 out of ~6,100 invoices 9 days ago which was escalated to the "engineering" team who have not replied/responded. Others appear to have the same issue in these reviews and it seems fairly common. Expensive waste of a mistake to pay for this service :(.
Don't install it!! It will keep downloding a whole bunch of stuff even with uninstalled which keep filling your computer and if you detele them it just download them again again and again and again!!!!
Pretty terrible experience overall. Supposedly a free extension - but I got upcharged for $35/mo because I had an estimated 2000 receipts that would be exported and the free version is for 50 per month. "phone support" is listed as one of the features of upgrading. When I upgrade and do the export, it only actually did 43 receipts (could have not upgraded in the first place and been fine.) There is no phone number to call. They do not have a quick chat or email suppport, either. But anyways, I know for a fact that the 2000 estimate was probably more accurate than the 43 that showed up. So it's been a few days, I'm out of money, the support team has not gotten back to me.
It's good. I was, however, disappointed that the "Basic" plan was advertised as free when it isn't. There is nothing on the "Pricing" page that indicates that the "free" version is actually a "free Trial" version. I only learned that it was a trial when evidently the unmentioned trial period ran out. It's good program, but this is dishonest. This is not a criticism of the app itself, but on the blatantly dishonest marketing.
