I joined when they offered "$10 cash back at Walmart. Purchase anything for $10 or more from Walmart, and get $10 cash back." I made a purchase of $43.79 on November 11, 2020 and after 4 months of waiting they finally denied my rebate on March 2, 2021. A staff member stated that "due to the network agency not identifying TopCashback as the last referrer for your transaction... we deem this a solid declined reason". I know I clicked through their referral link via the email promotion they sent me and their own system captured it under "Clicks to Merchants" dated on the same day as the purchase date. I plan on cashing out what I currently have and uninstalling, total waste of time. I would suggest anyone else using these browser extensions to use competitors like SlickDeals, Rakuten, Befrugal as they are definitely more consistent, user friendly and will resolve issues without waiting FOUR months. Speaking of consistency, as others have stated, it's a hit or miss. I've given up on the offers that never registered or got paid out.

Extension isn't bad. Most of the time it will activate when it should. Many times I have used it and it says it was active, then there was never a payout.

I love this app. However, it's a little confusing in that half the time it says login & other times it doesn't. So, I'm not getting the full benefit/concept of TotalCash app yet. I'm still not sure if I'm receiving my cashback benefits when I shop.

Many times too difficult and too late. Too many hurdles. My wife stopped using and I am disappointed - several good purchases were not rewarded. I like Rakuten better. They pay less but award more without follow up.

I have used topcash back for years now and never had issues with activity not tracking but since starting to use this browser extension last year I have experienced two purchases that failed to track, even though I made sure the add-on reflected they should have been active. The first is from November 2020 THAT IS STILL NOT RESOLVED, and just recently another from March 21. For the latter, click activity did reflect the purchase on March 22, but now it's no longer showing up?! I think I will just go back to the old way of browsing to the topcashback website first and remove this browser extension, there doesn't seem to be an effective way to get issues addressed once something goes wrong.

This is a great feature to make sure we don't miss out on the cashback. Only issue is that it is continuously trying to connect on certain sites and because of the constant refresh, the sites then think we are a robot and tries to kick us out.

I do not use this one very often. Yes it offers more than most others cashback sites however, the other cash backs sites I have been a part of since they began. Other sites are almost instant with the cash back. This one not so much. I have been a part of this one for over 5 years now and I am not really sure how I feel about it.
