Extremely Disappointed. TCB use to be one of my starting points to find deals, but am now consistently getting rejections for casback. This is the latest message from them on a claim. "Non-Commissionable". This typically means that either the item(s) purchased are not eligible for cashback, a coupon or promotional code was used, items were returned or exchanged or that TopCashback was not the last referred click. I won't get into the details, but the above either is not the case or was not disclosed at the time of purchase. Again, very disappointed. Don't count on getting anything back. Time to move on.

Noticed that an extensions was making failed requests to https://o1313669.ingest.sentry.io/ which failed with code 429 (Too Many Requests response status code indicates the user has sent too many requests in a given amount of time) No idea why such an extension would collect any telemetry.

It popped up the cash back all over web searches but when you use the box that came up you get no credit for the purchase and does not even show up to dispute no cash back :-( . Annoying and ineffective ... Uninstalled

Not sure why this does not work at ALL! It only popped up the tiny window on the corner to allow me to activate the 6% cash back at Office Depot ONCE. After that, whenever I visit OfficeDepot.com, the tiny popup window NEVER pops, and when I click on the extension, NOTHING happens either!!! FRUSTRATING and TOO BUGGY! Fix it! If I start from TopCashBack.com, to take me to Office Depot, even though it says my visit has been "recorded", at the actual OfficeDepot page there is NOTHING that tell me it's activated - how do I know it's actually active? I have used Rakuten extension for a while, and it's WAAAYYY much better and more reliable!

TopCashBack.com is great (when it accepts the store you are ordering from). . Helpful as you can't use cut out coupons at online stores, but this (whether it is like 0.2 % to 10% cash back feels good). Main downer: AMAZON.com nothing qualifies ever. And I do 90% of my shopping on there. So a let down, but I understand if it is to encourage usage of other stores that need to survive. Tried to encourage family to join, but they've had hesitancy. Hope to convince them soon. You won't get rich, but it is worth the extra clicks and links buy making a few cents at several stores. :)

I enjoy the cashback and the rates are higher than other apps. I do wish it would allow cash back on subscription services such as Hello Fresh, but I understand there have to be limits. Thank You!

I'm really happy with Top Cash Back's service and the amount of cash back I can get after clicking on the Chrome extension. The Cash Back is usually higher than that of competitors. I also appreciate that there is a customer service offering that allows to follow up on Cash Back that goes unclaimed even after clicking on the link. Making sure cash back ends up in the consumers pocket needs to be the focus of the firm firm going forward

3 small purchases tracked, but when i made more than $800 worth of purchases which should have provided >$60 in cashback, topcashback didn't track it even though i followed the steps carefully going through the topcashportal. Other cashback portals have worked fine. Bunch of crooks.
