PLEASE READ IN REGARDS TO AD-SKIPPING:
This extension can still skip video ads, even after YouTube's recent update (May 2025).
Since the ads aren't technically "blocked", it bypasses most of YouTube's Anti-Ad-Block measures.
But YouTube is always trying new things. If the extension runs into an ad that it cannot auto-skip, it will make the "Skip" button the size of the entire video for you, making it super easy to click.

This extension works as it speeds up the ads at 16x and the video playback speed control is also a nice touch within the 1 extension. However, the YT ads where they run for 5 seconds for the 'skip' button to be available, on those ads youtube detects it as a AD blocker and refuses to play video unless I disable the extension. I get around by manually hitting the "skip ad" button after the 5 sec video ad runs at 16x. Just something to note for other users if they are experiencing the YT's ad block detection.
建議改善有時廣告裡會出現略過的選項時,設計可以自動點選的機制,不然強制跑完廣告會無法切回來,並會被認定使用廣告攔截器~

Great for disabling the "hold click for 2x speed" feature Youtube won't let you turn off. Just set everything to 1 and turn off all other features and it works perfectly. I really wish it worked on mobile as well but from what I understand that's harder to do.

Incredible extension! I am using it to play videos only when I am holding click over them, so everything is on 1x - another use for this extension! And on the far left is -2 which rewinds the video. Well done.
