I don't know dude. I pressed the button, it fetched and fetched and then considered the comments to be 57% favorable. Refused to elaborate what is considers positive and negative. Didn't see a single critical comment. I think it's not smart enough to tell sentiment against the video versus sentiment against the subject matter, video games comments are terrible because they talk about killing, and horror games are dominated by "sadness". And on top of it all, not only does it not explain any of the metrics or give any examples. 57% percent positive, people are mostly upset about this, engagement is about mediocre. Trust me bro, I analyzed 100 comments out of 8000. Sorted by relevance, meaning, Youtube gave me what it anyone would read anyway, cause they're right under the video. Manually went through a video from before dislikes were hidden, 64k up, 401 down, not a single negative comment, one of the best videos from a youtuber with 3M subs, video has 3M views. 3 million views, 400 dislikes, no negative comments in the top 100. "Mixed". "57%" That'll be 5 credits.
It is a helpful extension for quickly understanding what people are saying in comment section. It is saving a lot of my time from going through the comments. However, I did notice a small issue. If you click outside while the video is still processing, the extension closes and doesn’t clearly show that the processing continues in the background and will appear in history later. Because of this, I ended up processing the same video multiple times.
