Click to call and text:

Use the CTI to make and receive calls without leaving Chrome. Choose to set your call center status, set yourself to do-not-disturb, manage your contacts, and view all your recent communications history all within the dialer.

Whenever I open a tab, a window pops up that takes up a quarter of the screen, and I have to manually close it each time. It would be great to have an option to prevent this window from opening automatically on any tab, or at least to have it open minimized. It's very frustrating. All I need is to click a number and make the call from the app. The Edge extension handles this perfectly.
Works when I need it
Asbsolute trash which is incredible.
Good extension allows me to call and message without using the app.
Useful when I need to call customers back from gmail directly.
Worked right away and I love that I can customise which websites can have the CTI available as well as direct my calls to the Dialpad app of my choosing.
Great extension enabling me to use Dialpad anywhere. There have been a bunch of recent updates with new features like automatically disabling recordings & AI when entering credit card information (or other sensitive info) - I can also customize how this is detected and it works on any web app like Shopify!
Probably the worst extension of all time. Dialpad has no clue how to troubleshoot issues related to the click to dial functionality. They are literally just googling their support docs that I've already read while I'm on the phone with them. Pretty sure this might be the first time that this particular "support agent" is hearing about the CTI extension. POS.
The integrations are extremely finicky and unreliable. Paid ~$200 for a month of them trouble shooting their product without resolution. Got escalated to another tech support person when we went to cancel who wanted to start over troubleshooting. JustCall worked immediately and was cheaper.
Great extension for users on the Dialpad platform!
