La verdad es que me ha ayudado mucho. Recomiendo decargar la extensión para una laptop o computadora y la app para el celular. Tiene herramientas súper útiles y se ve que los desarrolladores y creadores de AppBlock han dedicado bastante tiempo para hallar las mejores formas de ayudar a la gente.
