To change the case of text, this app requires you to highlight the text and then either select from a context menu or use a configurable key combo. I think that I prefer that to using Alt+Search=CapsLock on my Chromebook. But I still really regret not having a CapsLock key.
An incredibly useful extension - beautiful in its simplicity. One of my favourite features is that the title case change is intelligent, so "gone with the wind" is changed to "Gone with the Wind", rather than having every word capitalised, which would be incorrect. Thank you Bartosz Lorek for your excellent work.
Context menu works as advertised. EDIT: I posted a bug, and it got fixed within 11hrs of posting?! How do I give 6 stars to this amazing chrome extension?
Provisional 4 unless corrected. Update on previous "problem"- After installation, I needed to turn Chrome off then back on for the right click to work. Changed my 1 to a 4. However the keyboard shortcuts could use better explanation. Will give 5 if better explanation of shortcuts are integrated into product description in stor AND Here is the previous "problem": Sounds good but doesn't work in google mail as explained. I highlight text needing case changed while composing email, then right click, click on Change Case, click on lower case...nothing. Make sure text is still highlighted, then hit alt-4...nothing. Running Version 65.0.3325.181 (Official Build) (64-bit), and Windows 7. Please help, Bartosz Lorek. Thanks, Toe
not working :(
I love this app. I downloaded it August 2017 and agree with the prior comments. BUT... I got this security alert from Google about this very app. It says "It's developers information hasn't been verified by Google. You should remove it unless you can trust it." So, what gives? I thought pretty much anything on the Google store is vetted by Google, certainly that the developers are verified!
