I'm sorry to give a google product a bad rating but this product literally doesn't work for me. Whenever I try to add a note it just tells me to sign in and when i click it, it loads then tells me to sign in again. For the reviews i'm guessing this is only a problem with me and I would love it if google could contact me about it.

Gostei do aplicativo, mas encontrei um defeito que gostaria que arrumasse. Gosto muito dos aplicativos da Google, porém esse tem o seguinte defeito: No aplicativo do celular, tenho o Google Keep, que está logado em uma conta do hotmail, porém, quando tento acessar pela web, não consigo por conta disso. Se houver solução, me falem!

Le cuesta horrores mejorar a lo largo de los años pero poco a poco va avanzando. Muuuuy poco a poco. Como herramienta está bien, pero se echa MUCHO en falta que no pueda ponerse como sidebar (como sí puede hacerse con la extensión oficial de Google Docs). Muchas veces tengo que ir tomando notas según voy leyendo un texto o escuchando un vídeo en alguna web, y es un engorro tener el pop-up de Keep ahí en medio tapando contenidos, en lugar de hacerse a un lado. Tampoco es posible estirar el pop-up para poder ver más contenido de una vez y con que tengas un texto un poco largo o metas alguna imagen ya tienes que estar todo el rato arriba y abajo con el scroll porque no llegas a ver todo lo que necesitas. ¿Tan difícil es crear una opción de integrarlo como barra lateral, igual que en Docs? Pero lo peor de todo es que cuando estás tomando notas, te vas de esa página (sea porque lo necesitas o porque has tocado un enlace sin querer) adios nota!!! Sí, que se ha guardado en Keep, de acuerdo, pero es que la necesito en ESA ventana para poder seguir por donde lo había dejado, y resulta que... ¡no se puede! Cuando tocas el botón de la extensión, la ÚNICA posibilidad es crear una nota nueva. Si quieres abrir una nota que ya tienes de antes, te fastidias y abres Keep en otra pestaña aparte (lo cual es absurdo porque es ahí donde la necesito para poder seguir revisando, traduciendo, mirando el vídeo o lo que sea), pero ahí no. No entiendo cómo van soltando pequeños detallitos mínimos y "novedades" una vez cada tres años, pero no mejoran funcionalidades realmente prácticas...

I would love to give this 4 stars because I use it all the time but I use the app on my phone and I can not copy and paste the information somewhere else like to contact information or an email or a written document. This is EXTREMELY inconvenient when I have written thing down that I later want to use in a different medium.
