As others have posted, we are blocked behind a paywall. We've paid around £180 to this developer and we are now not able to use it properly. We were also overcharged and the developer will not respond to any of our requests. We were on the premium plan and then upgraded to the highest level, but they did not adjust the price to account for the amount we had already paid the first time. Then, they charged us twice when we upgraded. We have not had terrible customer service, we've had NO customer service. It was onlyl going though this that we realised that we may not have valid consumer rights, as it says on the extensions page: "This developer has not identified itself as a trader. For consumers in the European Union, please note that consumer rights do not apply to contracts between you and this developer." be Wary!
This tool is great. WHEN IT WORKS. I've reached out to their support many times now. I have the highest tier subscription and yet their app still puts me behind a paywall. I've paid hundreds of dollars to this company now and I can't even add a basic board anymore. Something on their end recognizes me as a "free member" Their support team can't even figure out why. They take forever to respond and now I'm left with nothing
Disappointing. Works great until you realise it isn't updating tasks from google docs or from google spaces!
