I am a software developer and this is a project that I created as part of my profile.

I update this from time to time - as I learn new skills. I also fix reported bugs.

This extension does not upload any data online - neither does it fetch / download anything.

Feature summary: -

1. USE SHORTCUT - Ctrl+Shift+F - it is default for this extension (set shortcut in chrome if it not working). To open a link in new tab, hold Ctrl key while clicking on the link.

2. This is just an editor - it doesn't mess up your data or store it anywhere - nothing is uploaded online. Turn on sync in your browser if you want to see your mobile bookmarks here.

This bookmark manager is exceptional. I love the feature where you can favorite a bookmark folder. Overall, you are able to conveniently view and manage bookmarks.

Don't let the name fool you, this extension is a great tool to manage bookmarks even if you never go offline. Incredibly useful and as indispensable as one-tab is for me. Hopefully the creator continues development. Update: 2024 and still going! :) thanks

Great extension, very useful for people spending their life bookmarking lots of webpages, into too many folders, while the risk they will pretty much never get back into them is big because too much accumulation with time (You know what I mean !) . The main view is great, many columns to quickly check bookmarks and folders, which can be collapsed or expanded in one single click. One single issue : the right click option on folders "open links in folders" doesn't work for me, hence the four stars (five stars otherwise !)

I was concerned with how few downloads, but after trying half a dozen "highly rated" & massively downloaded apps and extensions that honestly i cannot understand how people even use, this was EXACTLY what i was looking for. I will update if i run into problems. But if you are just trying to organize existing bookmarks this shows what you have as a spreadsheet. Anyone with tons of bookmarks knows and hates how flawed the built in chrome drag and drop method of organizing is. This appears to give a far easier way to manage things. Now that i have a better grasp on how pinning a folder allows you to search just within that folder, all that this app needs is a way to 'select all' results instead of requiring clicking literally every single link in order to move the results. Maybe there is a way i'm unaware of? Have imported bookmarks incorrectly more than once over the years being able to move things more quickly now that finding them is so easy would be fantastic. I only ever needed to delete duplicates but would love to use this to quickly organize as well. In all, great app.

Best extension. I searched for hours for bookmark managers and tried a dozen. This does the job (for me) and its offline.
