Never works. We should have hundred plus thousand points by now from Walmart alone, not to mention all the other sites. Customer service is non existent and useless at best. I am getting tired of the emails also. 1 out of over ten clicks to get 5 points.
This makes it so simple. I look for the logo when I shop.
There have been some instances where I have not gotten my points, so I don't choose it as often any more. :( I have several I compare and usually go with the one paying the most on that site.
The Chrome Extensions is great when it works. I have had many instances where I have activated the Extension and I dont receive the points for my purchases. This often happens with Kohls and QVC purchases. Then I have to contact them and download the copy of the purchase. It is very frustrating.
I activate the pts for a site I am on and it keeps offering to activate the points on every single page! And that means it deactivates inbetween, all the time. Even though it's activated in the cart, I almost never get points. Sometimes I write MyPoints and they often suggest I forgot to use the extension or to activate the points but it has NOTHING to do with ME! It's their faulty coding. Also, I started noticing it was trying to activate on Amazon, which isn't even a MyPoints partner. The first time I thought, "OH! Amazon and MyPoints hooked up!" So, I clicked to activate the 4pts per dollar or whatever it was, and guess what? It immediately sent me over to Walmart.com! I can't tell you how many times this mistake has happened. And I did not sign into Walmart or even have it in my history that day, so nothing to do with cookies/cache and all that. I always click to activate if I am on a site that gives MyPoints but rarely get any at all. The main reason I use the extension anymore, is for the 1 - 4 points from Point Perks. And I never seem to get the notification for that anymore - have to check periodically throughout the day or if I remember go to FB to check the day's schedule! Since it can be quite a span of hours each day, sometimes I miss out altogether anymore. By the way, this is for both Chrome extension and Firefox extension! SAD but true!
Easy to use, I saved a lot of money because of it!

I never turn my computer on without it!
It's a nice feature, except when a survey opportunity pops up and doesn't have the correct link or the survey is no longer available. It's also annoying on sites like Temu where clicking to see an item opens another window asking you to activate your points.
It's nice to have the reminder of which stores offer points for shopping.
