I like it but find it sometimes confusing when I leave to do something else and then continue and I'm never sure it is working so I do it again
It works most of the time, but sometimes it doesn't record the purchase. Last night I made a purchase at Walgreens. When I first went to the website, MyPoints Score popped up and I clicked on it to activate. So I added some stuff to my cart. When I went to check out, it popped up again, as if I had just got to the website. Because I had already done that, my first instinct was to just close it out, but I clicked on it again instead. I did get the pending points email when it shipped today, but it makes me wonder. Especially since it failed to give me any points at all after a purchase at HSN back in November. The points were added as a good faith gesture, so when I also didn't get any points for my latest Chewy purchase (12/25/23 for $21.34) I decided I didn't want to complain again. Clearly I'm doing something wrong, or the extension is misbehaving sometimes. No idea, but I don't want to be a Karen.
I think it's a great thing to have. The only thing I would suggest is maybe having it automatically apply it when you go to one of the stores for the purchase. I have forgotton to click on it before and unfortunately have missed out on quite a lot of points.
I like how it works and it is helpful when looking for stores to purchase from to earn points
I like the Score! app and it works well for the sites that I forget are part of the MyPoints plan. The one thing I would like added would be a feature to turn off the notifications for sites I do not want to purchase from. If it had that feature I'd rate it a 5 star.
This usually works pretty well, except for Walmart, for some reason I never get any points for shopping online there no matter what I buy from toys to clothes or anything.

turn off those dang pop ups whenever I go onto a site. I am fine with it popping up once. if I click on it then it should not keep asking me. And if I say remind me later I do not mean 5 seconds later. I mean when I am in my cart (which would be the logical place in the first place).
The app doesn't work and there is no way to communicate with company to get solutions! I have tried several times and no one returns calls or emails!
