Sometimes it offers coupons, other times nothing, seems like I have loaded this extension to my account numerous times and it disappears.
It is a hit and miss. Mypoints used to be very good now it is only fair. Get e-mails to download games and get points, they are easy for the small points but pretty much not gonna happen for the big points. It seems there are more restriction on items to get the bigger points per dollar. It is still a good incentive to use.
I feel like it is inconsistent in tracking my eligible purchases. The biggest issue I have though is that when I click on the extension to activate it, it leaves the page I'm on which will clear any information I may have entered on the shopping page PLUS it deactivates any other extensions I might be using, i.e., Capitol One Shopping. I can have MyPoints or Capitol One, but not both. Hate that.
AWFUL!!!. Where is zero stars when you need it? This extension never works. i have to manually submit every transaction and then wait 14-30 days for a response. Plus it slows down all of my purchases.
Love that I can see if I am shopping at the right store to get credit.

Points do not always credit and trying to get in touch with customer service is very difficult. Grocery receipt points-hit or miss if your items will be recognized. If not and you submit review-never happens. I've lost large point items multiple times because of this.
I enjoy the extension but miss the feature where it would apply the coupons and find the best one on the site. It seems to be hit or miss sometimes. The selection to activate the points does not always stay active so the banner keeps coming up which is very annoying.
too many survey invitations that never disappear without taking the time to click on the 'x'. Last 4 purchases have not credited my points without contacting customer service about them. 2 have been given as courtesy, still waiting on the other 2 to let me make the complaint.
