I've been very pleased with the My Points extension. I do receive the points I accumulate. I've only had one problem over the years and it was resolved quickly.
I like it because it is easy to use and get points for products I buy,
In the past, I had missed out on points because I forgot to click through the MyPoints web page. With this feature I earn every point available !
I have been a member of MyPoints since 2008. It has been a great way to earn extra "fun money". The extension is okay. I just wish it would work more consistently. It doesn't always catch the purchases that I make, even when I triple check the button to make sure that it's activated. Then I have to contact Customer Service in order to submit proof & hope that they award me points. In a way the extension is a hassle that makes the check out process more complicated. It's another thing that I need to keep track of.
It would be better if my points would work on all the stores they give points for.
Only works on about 1 in 7 websites even though I click through the popup. Needs work. The alternative is to write down every purchase, which website, how much was spent, etc and send them to mypoints to record them manually. Had to do with with a $600 ebay purchase, but it got too tedious and I gave up. Not a good extension.
I don't miss opportunities for earning points anymore! It makes it easier...
It's helpful when browsing/shopping to know that points are available for shopping at a specific merchant. I find it to be really annoying when watching videos, it seems to take longer to watch with MyPoints Score via Chrome, than without it.
I love My Points I have been a member for over 10 years ,and its gets better and better! I tryto check in every day!
I like this feature. There's many things I was unaware qualified for My Points so I like being able to click on the icon or just having it pop up when I'm placing an order. I've gotten points I would have otherwise missed out on.
