Lately I've had to click on the pop up to get the points multiple times during a transaction and then hope I get the points. Sites with higher point values sometimes work, most of the time do not. I tried to delete the extension, then reload it, but that didn't seem to make a difference.
It's a hit and miss. I've signed up for some of their offerings and I never got the points of the promotions. I signed up for one offer to get 12,000 bonus points and I never got the points. Sometimes credits are given late on the bingo board so you never the the credit on your board. Overall I do enjoy using the extension.
Getting points isn't always accurate. I do like the reminder to turn it on when I visit a site that supports it. I REALLY wish you could turn off the "Points Perk" notifications. They are SUPER annoying and keep coming back, even after you dismiss them. They also show up on pretty much every tab that is open at the time, if you are a "normal user" and often have a lot of tabs open, like I do, then this is super annoying to have to dismiss the notification on every tab.
Three months ago, I would have given five stars, but for some reason I've not been receiving points for online purchases since the end of April. So, in general, it's a pretty good app for collecting MyPoints points if you don't have this problem or are willing to contact customer service every time you go shopping from home (I'm too lazy for that).

As for the MyPoints Score, it's a pain in the butt! Every website that I go to, it pops up! this and the Swagbutton! It's great that you get these discounts via the pop-ups, but i t takes a very long time to be awarded points for shopping, but they do eventually show up. You can keep track of them on your account, and look for pending points.
I shop online frequently and you NEVER award me my points. I am still waiting for my reward that I cashed out two weeks ago. You need to either fix your product or end it.
It's a hand-dandy extension that I use frequently. However, those Point Perks pop-ups are super annoying. Can you PLEASE add an option to turn those off?! I NEVER use them. We stream TV through a computer and those pop-ups are really bothersome. They are so annoying that they earn a 2-star demerit.
Pretty much anything you come up with anymore is garbage.Got a virus from a survey.You steal info from our surveys without giving us the points.If you say otherwise you are liars.
