місцезнаходження встановило як Київ, і змінити я не можу, як і будь-що інше. При натисканні на іконку на панелі розширень, відкривається вікно, в якому просто крутяться "кружечки завантаження", і в цьому вікні ніщо не реагує на кліки

It's not good synchronized updated with the temperature.
Не работает на Opera, возможно забастовка. Может быть со временем, а пока - 2* и не более.
Рамблер погода на первом месте в поиске не смогла определить местоположение в РФ и там невозможно добавить свою локацию (город миллионник). А это расширение отлично всё определило и работает как надо! Разработчик - молодец с прямыми руками
