I used to fig out the ubuntu touchpad move too fast in chrome. It works, but I feel a liiter diizzy when sroll the screen.
Works great on Samsung Chromebook using a USB mouse rotary controller. Be sure to reload page after setting the speed.

Works perfectly and made the trackpad scrolling speed usable on Ubuntu Gnome by setting it at 0.2 on Chrome. What would be great if there could be a toggle to check "On this device only" so that when I go back and forth between Linux and Windows I don't have to adjust this setting speed. Thank you for this extension.
