Nice extension however it would be great if you had a reload all except pintabs

May could you change it for the max, so the Shortcut Could be "Cmd" + "Shift" + "R", as the default reload page feature is "Cmd" + "R".
Works, but sometimes crashes my pages or just just doesn't work until i try it a few times.
