В названии расширения заложено, что оно должно мониторить почту на наличие новых писем. Эту функцию оно выполняет только при запуске браузера и нажатии кнопки расширения. Считаю расширении абсолютно бесполезным

Поставил. Он постоянно серый, о новой почте не оповещает. Бред какой то. Не ожидал такого от Гугла
Does not work mostly. The icon mostly is greyed out with a question mark instead of showing the number of new emails. Only way to "activate" it is to click it to open Gmail. Then it becomes normal. Defeats the original purpose of this extension.
