It's so simple that it has no choice but to 'just work' ... and it does. It shows the number of unread emails. You click it and it takes you there. So far so good. It's not perfect though. Sticklers for detail will soon notice that sometimes you do have to reset the notifications manually though, by clicking it again after you've checked your mail to make the badge notifications go away. Things I would like to see: Given that it is apparently published by Google itself, you'd think that the logo would be updated by now. The ability to switch Gmail accounts straight from the extension icon itself would also be a good addition.
The email no longer opens in html view. Garbage now. The page always give me a popup when I try to close it and doesn't clear the notification when I delete emails
у кого серый значок, перейдите в управление этим расширением и включите ему доступ в режиме Инкогнито, видимо с очередными обновлениями что-то с режимами защиты мудрит.
Useful, the only thing I would love is a pause option... For when I am focusing, that I can pause the notifications for a set period of time, for example 30 min, 1 hour, 2 hours,... That would be great!

しばらく使っていたが、この拡張のせいで簡易HTML版しか利用できなくなった。 gmailを開こうとしたら突然簡易HTML版か最新HTML版かの選択画面が表示され、最新版を何度クリックしても反応せず、仕方なく簡易版を開いたら以降は簡易版しか使えなくなった。 googleの表示切り替えリンクを使用しても直らず。 結局機能拡張でこれをオフにしたら直ったので、残念ながら削除します。
