New gmail website takes longer time to open. The extension icon just shows mails number, it attracts users to spend more time to launch gmail website, read them then re-click or refresh the icon for setting the unread count to zero. Oh man ! life is short, this procedure can be simpler and smarter. I can't imagine this plugin is powered by Google.

Llevo usándola años. Me resulta muy útil. El único detalle que le cambiaría sería que al clickar en ella estando en una pestaña en blanco abra gmail en la misma pestaña, no en otra nueva. Por lo demás perfecto.
Three stars because I loved it for years, but, like everybody else, it seems to no longer work. Kind of a bummer.
This doesn't seem to be working anymore, having used it for years. The indicator does not appear to show the number of unread emails.
Why the "Options" are not working?
良いところは拡張機能アイコンで受信を確認できてgoogle公式リリースである点。 たった、それだけ。 受信音も無いし、常時簡易html表示を選択していても標準バージョンにアクセスするし、 拡張機能上で開いたり既読付けたりもできない。 非公式拡張に比べて不便さが際立っている。
