It mostly works ... which is good enough for 4 stars. When I first launch Chrome, it doesn't update properly unless I click on it, then it'll update. Also, (like right now) the number isn't correct. I have 10 unread emails in my inbox, but it says 11. ... again - it works '4 stars' good enough.
Nice Extension. This makes it so easy to keep track of your mails without the constant re-opening of Gmail.
It doesn't work anymore. I'm always getting the grey icon with the question mark. I used to love it though.

The notifier used to be great - speedy and convenient (it would even direct you to an already open Gmail tab if there was one) - but now it doesn't notify. Even when a Gmail tab is open, the icon stays gray with a question mark indicating some problem accessing your account. This was normal in the past for a brief period of time (usually rectified when you opened a Gmail tab), but now it persists. I really hope Google fixes this error. It's frustrating getting notified of a new email from my phone (or alternatively keeping a Gmail tab open all the time).
