It's convenient to open up gmail in a new tab, but the unread message count is useless for a person like me. I have lots of folders and emails get redirected into them without touching my primary inbox. Lots of them stay unread and I never, ever get to them. Somehow, this Mail Checker assembled 3,689 unread messages. I mean when a real new message comes in how am I supposed to to work with that.
I enjoy this extension. It works perfect as expected. I just look up and icon lets me know, with an up to the minute count, just how many gmails i've received while using another website. At my own wish I click on it and whalla...i'm in. Great addition!
