An extension for Netflix that adds 30+ configurable keyboard shortcuts to control playback and more with your keyboard alone. No need to reach for the mouse to turn on subtitles or go to the next episode. Make the shortcuts your own: each action is configurable.
*⚠️ PLEASE READ ⚠️* March 28 2022: Netflix is currently *blocking* rapid time skips, leading to "🛑 ERROR M7375". This is not an issue with the extension, but a protection that Netflix recently added, presumably in order to prevent scripts from downloading movies. An update to this extension is coming soon; in the meantime you might find that some "time skip" shortcuts will not work. Recent testing shows that pressing 0–9 to go to 0%–90% of the video seems to work, but short skips like +/- 10 seconds do not.
Each shortcut is easily configurable with a click on the extension's icon at the right of the address bar. Make sure to "pin" the extension icon for easy access!
Currently available, all configurable:
- Play or pause a video: K
- Go back 10 seconds: J

I wanted to have a 5 sec rewind for Netflix as 10 sec is too long. This works. And the shortcuts can be edited. Simply amazing! The other extension called Netflix Quick Rewind does not work for some reason.
Thanks for this; I was so tired of Netflix not having 1 Frame skipping, this is a Gamechanger for taking Reference Pictures!
the best for Netflix controller
It just works! I've gotten tired of the dual-subtitle extensions for Netflix (I don't think they really help me learn a second language; at least not at an Advanced Beginner level or so) and I wanted something more simple. This is great because I can toggle between subtitle languages and can rewind quickly. Not only that, there are three different rewind (and fast forward) shortcuts available, and each one is customizable (how many seconds to skip back or forward). That's just sweet. I appreciate this extension a lot, and I appreciate that it's less than a tenth of a megabyte in size.
