Once you find the button, it works
Extension is good but there's a button to enable it. the button is under your video, where comments are. on top right of comments section(under video). it is a arrow that points to upper right. your welcome.

Good extention, would be even better and worth 5 stars if it had a "disable comments scrollbar" option.
