Lydia was extremely helpful. The chat lasted a bit over an hour and she stayed here the entire time, answering any and all questions that I had. Looking back on the chat, my messages had very simple solutions that I overlooked, but she didn't rush me or make me feel dumb. Additionally, she not only told me how to fix my issue, she showed visuals to help me further. Outstanding customer service, glad to know that still exists, amazing software and support squad, definitely need more people like her in the world.

The app itself is quite good and has a lot of useful features, but honestly, the support I received made the biggest difference.
