I had a technical issue as a beginner as I could not upload any product to my store and I have received help from Colleen who was very patient and helpful and sorted my issue in no time.
When I was having technical issues with my store, I turned to their customer service live chat feature. Not only did they quickly resolve a very frustrating issue, but the chat support was very helpful and professional. Shout out to Zina, one of the chat agents.
