Being new to the dropship community, Each time I encounter an error, a customer service rep through facebook messanger is there to help and guide me. I was having an issue with stock items saying they were out, when they weren't. The rep quickly helped me and guided me on how to fix it. And when I wasn't understanding where some of the stuff was, they gave me picture references which helped me ssooooo much. Support, was friendly, patient and very knowledgable of the DSERS program.
Good app and helpful staff! I recommend it.
