Excellent customer support service I have recently contacted DSERS customer support via messenger chat ove the FACEBOOK as i come up to certain conclusion i was not able to resolve on my side. Action of them customer support including problem orientations was very prompt. I have to admit that Villanelle (customer support representative ) have solved my problems with in the minute. I'm very pleased and glad for the outcome of this promp action he was taken as it truly speed up my work development in every way. I was really having challenges with my administration panel but with his aid, problem was resolved in very fast and reasonable time as well. I will entreat everyone to contact his and you won't regret it. Appreciation words cannot express how I'm grateful for your supporting and i am truly looking for next cooperation with you as well.
Villanelle has been more than amazing with answering my questions. She was patient, responsive and extremely friendly. If it wasn't for her I don't think I'll be able to understand anything about DSers. Thank you Villanelle, you're a lifesaver!
Atendimento muito bem feito e problema solucionado com muita exatidão
This extension was recommended to me by Lucy on DS Chat. I haven't had a chance to use it much yet hence the 4 stars. I will change it if it lives up to it's need. Lucy however definately deserves 5 stars and more. She was so patient with my lack of tech knowledge. So clear in all of her answers. She got directly to the point and gave me rapid solutions. Her customer service expertise and positivity was such a sunny experience. I only hope that next time I need help, I am lucky enough to have her support.
