Jully helped me so much today, she was very patient with me and clarified so many things for me. I highly recommend contacting the help agents when you in a pickle, as I was.
I would say I recommend using DSers as the platform is pretty easy to use and the support staff are excellent. I had Isla help mw with an issue and she was able to help me quickly and efficiently, the response time was also very quick.

Lucy from DSers saved the day! I might as well share my plight as well to help others. I didn’t know how to find the original link to Alibaba to find all the original information on the product after I edited and pushed to Shopify, and I really needed to know the COST to update pricing. Lucy showed me with detailed screenshots how to find “More Actions — Edit in DSers,” and from there click the link to go to the original listing. I have been wondering the answer to this question for a while and so glad I have this information now. Thanks Lucy!
