So far sooo good, I asked a question in the facebook messenger using my PC and Irene came really quickly to research my issue, I was impressed at the quick response time. I was on another app called AutoDS and had to cancel my plan with them because there platform was not working and their customer support takes forever and they never fixed my issue. Im glad that DSer knows that we are business owners and we need answers quickly and a product that works. I felt more confident in this company when Irene responded so quickly.

Una locura! Muy buen trato con el cliente, me atedió Lucy, una genia total! La verdad... no la voy a olvidar nunca, me asistió con mi primera venta. Gentileza, velocidad, capacidad para asistirme, dulzura y PACIENCIA jajaja. Excelente servicio de soporte tienen, Shopify debería aprender de Dsers en ese aspecto. La extensión funciona de 10 y el soporte, al menos Lucy que fue quien me atendió, es un 1000/10 (mil sobre diez). Impecable! Muy grata sorpresa.
